What's up! My name is Cece Rodriguez. I'm a lifelong artist with a passion for many different mediums, born and raised in the Capital Region of New York. I earned my Bachelor in Fine Arts from Russell Sage College and have been tattooing ever since. I specialize primarily in black and grey illustrative, fine-line, and blackwork style tattooing. I love partnering with clients to craft one-of-a-kind designs with my personal artistic spin. I draw a lot of inspiration from graphic novels, anime, animated series, gaming, pop culture, nature, and the fantasy genre.
